Job Title: HVOF Coordinator

Blackstone Industrial Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized HVOF Coordinator to join our team in Sherwood Park, AB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to our staff and management, ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistical support to staff, including scheduling equipment and coordinating with field teams.
  • Ensure timely reporting and communication with management on group productivity and workplace improvements.
  • Organize day-to-day operations, including coordinating safety training and orientations.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, including flushing and certification.
  • Manage PPE equipment orders and ensure compliance with company policies and government guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in oil flushing and related industries.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously, with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
