Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Mr. Bowl & Sushi. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
As a Server at Mr. Bowl & Sushi, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. You will also be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
