About the Role

Xtreme Network Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately record and update inventory levels, using a warehouse management system to track stock movements and locations.
  • Stockroom Operations: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom environment, ensuring that all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Picking and Packing: Select and package products for shipment, using a variety of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse, using manual or mechanical equipment as required.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with varying temperatures and physical demands.
  • Personal Qualities: Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, dependable, reliable, team player, organized, and flexible.
