Fernridge Place is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a casual LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medication Management: Administer medications to patients as prescribed by physicians, utilizing a catalyst (eMAR) system to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
  • Ordering Medications: Place orders for medications through a catalyst or over the phone, ensuring that patients receive the necessary medications in a timely manner.
  • Assessments: Conduct head-to-toe assessments on patients to identify their medical needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with General Practitioners (GPs) via phone or fax to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Casual Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Scope) with excellent availability.
  • Ability to work Days, Evenings, Weekends, and occasional Night shifts.
