Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Vancouver Island Regional Engagement Pathways and coordinating health engagement activities specific to the Coast Salish area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Coast Salish Health Director Tables
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support to sub-regional caucuses involving communities within the Coast Salish area
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support to the Vancouver Island Regional Caucus
  • Participate in health engagement activities of the Regional Health Authority specific to the area or sub-region
Requirements:
  • University degree with specialization in Health Sciences, Education, or Social Services, or a related field
  • Relevant, recent, and significant experience in the provision of coordination support to First Nation communities
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
