Position Overview

As a Financial Record Keeper at RF ACCOUNTING AND TAX SERVICES, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial dealings.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation calculations.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare and file tax returns accurately.
  • Generate trial balances of financial records.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in accounts to ensure accuracy.
Work Environment
