As a Financial Record Keeper at RF ACCOUNTING AND TAX SERVICES, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial dealings.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role is preferred.
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
- Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation calculations.
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Compile statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
- Prepare and file tax returns accurately.
- Generate trial balances of financial records.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
- Overtime may be required during peak periods.
- Tasks may involve repetitive actions.
- Must demonstrate accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills are required.
- Work Term: Permanent position.

- Hours: 35 hours per week.
