Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at NEO BIZ SOLUTIONS INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the success of the team.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement price and credit policies that balance revenue goals with customer needs.
- Procurement and Supply Chain: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the team is equipped to meet business objectives.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
