Position Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in steering the marketing strategies of 2169869 Ontario Inc. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage resources and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Oversight: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
