Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our team at Health PEI. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Services, you will be responsible for providing clinical physics support to our hospitals across Prince Edward Island.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality control and radiation safety programs for Diagnostic Imaging Services
  • Act as the Radiation Safety Officer for nuclear medicine
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medical imaging equipment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Medical Physics or a related field
  • Registration with the College of Medical Physicists of Canada
  • Experience in clinical physics and radiation safety
