We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Persons Community Solutions LTD. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to individuals within the community.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic setting that includes:
- Community and social services
- Urban environments
- Non-profit organizations
The Case Manager will be responsible for:
- Resolving conflicts and facilitating effective communication.
- Providing coaching and support to clients.
- Identifying and investigating compliance issues.
This position involves overseeing a team of 11-15 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficiency in technology is essential, including:
- Google Docs and other documentation tools.
Experience with documentation is crucial, particularly:
- Accident or incident reports.
Candidates should be prepared to answer the following questions:
- Do you currently reside near the advertised location?
- Do you have prior experience in this field?
- Do you possess the required certifications?
This is a permanent position with:
- Language of Work: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
