Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team at Made by Gather. Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative design ideas that communicate brand messaging and meet marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and social media teams to produce compelling visuals that support company goals for PR and special events.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all touchpoints, maintaining brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines and process.
  • Present design concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the final output.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials within assigned budget.
  • Develop and maintain a strong design process to improve efficiency and foster creative collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 for onsite events with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility.
  • Experience in both digital and print media design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset for design challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
