Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
This position is based in a retail business environment, and candidates should be open to relocation if necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of staff, including apprentices and sales associates.
- Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage financial transactions, including authorizing payments and overseeing cash management.
- Order and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Handle merchandise returns and establish work schedules for staff.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
- Maintain an organized inventory system and oversee daily operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations to foster employee growth.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals, including cashiers and sales associates.
