Job Summary

Chopra Accounting and Tax Professional Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with the ability to learn other accounting software.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
