About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to join our team at TM Nails. As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply or Remove Artificial Nails and Nail Art: Our ideal candidate will have experience in applying or removing artificial nails and nail art, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Clean, Trim, and Polish Nails: You will be responsible for cleaning, trimming, and polishing nails to the highest standard, ensuring our clients leave the salon feeling satisfied.
  • Provide Gel and Acrylic Nail Extensions: As a Nail Care Specialist, you will provide gel and acrylic nail extensions, taking the time to understand each client's needs and preferences.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive Tasks: As a Nail Care Specialist, you will be required to perform repetitive tasks, such as applying nail polish or cleaning nails.
  • Attention to Detail: You will need to have a keen eye for detail, ensuring each nail is perfectly shaped and polished.
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: You will be required to stand for long periods, walk between stations, and sit during breaks.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: As a Nail Care Specialist, you will need to have good hand-eye coordination, ensuring precise movements when applying nail polish or shaping nails.
Personal Suitability
  • Flexibility: You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, such as last-minute cancellations or unexpected delays.
  • Organized: As a Nail Care Specialist, you will need to be organized and able to prioritize tasks, ensuring each client receives the best possible service.
  • Reliability: You will be expected to be reliable and punctual, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Experience
