  1. Provide technical leadership to the engineering team and collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers.
  2. Address ambiguous business challenges and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
  3. Utilize object-oriented principles, algorithms, and data structures to develop systems at Amazon's scale.
  4. Design, launch, and re-architect multi-tier distributed systems handling large volumes of data.
  5. Quickly adapt to a dynamic development environment with a focus on creating simple and extensible code.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship)
- 2+ years of experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of both new and existing systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
