Payroll Accounting Manager

Reports To: Director, Payroll, Benefits and HRIS
Position Summary: The Manager, Payroll Accounting will be part of the Payroll, Benefits and HRIS team, working closely with Corporate Accounting and regional finance teams. The incumbent will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role will also involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Work closely with Corporate Accounting and regional finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
