Qualifications

We are seeking a highly experienced Cashmere Sourcing Expert with a strong background in luxury cashmere sourcing and product merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, resolving conflicts, and driving business growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fashion, textiles, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in cashmere or high-end fashion, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in cashmere sourcing and luxury product merchandising.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic vision.
