Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Manitoba Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize sales performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to maximize sales potential.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate and organized with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Client-focused and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
