Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installations.
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products, utilizing hand and power tools as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account attention to detail and physical demands of the job.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, demonstrating physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and working in a variety of settings. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
