- Prepare and present production and project reports.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects.
- Schedule and manage daily operations effectively.
- Oversee apprenticeship training programs.
- Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members.
- Manage the operations of your own team.
- Set up and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide recommendations for personnel actions.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Lead and instruct team members effectively.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Work Environment- Ability to work under pressure.
- Overtime may be required based on project needs.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
- Employment duration is Permanent.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours range from 35 to 40 hours per week.
