Job Summary:

As a Home Improvement Contractor, you will play a vital role in transforming homes throughout the Ottawa region. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Performing a wide range of home improvement projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, and general construction.
  • Generating accurate quotes for clients based on project scope and materials.
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients, the office team, and fellow contractors throughout each project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the home improvement industry.
  • Proficiency in at least three of the following areas: remodeling, carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tiling, residential maintenance, or commercial maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and materials management practices.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Your own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
