About the Position

The Behavox Platform is an advanced, scalable, and resilient storage and processing architecture designed to handle and analyze vast amounts of data. Our platform features a comprehensive and adaptable set of APIs that empower our clients to navigate through millions of data points, enabling them to search, filter, and visualize connections between various entities within the system.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of all production systems and services. You will collaborate closely with other DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams to design and implement SRE practices at Behavox, creating a robust infrastructure that supports the rapid expansion of our client base.

This role presents a unique opportunity to delve into the realm of high-load data processing and tackle the challenges associated with distributed Big Data systems. Additionally, you will have the chance to:

Qualifications

A profound and authentic interest in Behavox, demonstrated through a connection to its mission, market, and/or technologies Over 5 years of experience as an SRE/DevOps engineer responsible for the deployment and maintenance of production systems Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). Knowledge of Google Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, or similar AWS technologies is advantageous Proficiency in automation tools such as SaltStack or equivalent (Ansible), along with knowledge of programming languages like Python, Golang, or Java Experience with the Hashicorp stack: Terraform, Nomad, Consul, Vault

Responsibilities

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of high-load and large-scale distributed storage and data processing systems in Public Clouds Monitor, develop, and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues, lead incident support, and participate in the on-call team Automate routine operations utilizing Python or Golang Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based services across public cloud providers (GCP/AWS) Administer and resolve issues related to Linux operating systems and networks
