Job Description

The Finance Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial practices of the Fiix and Plex Business Units, while helping scale financial processes for growth and efficiencies. You will help shape a culture of accountability, best practices, and help support the broader Software and Control segment finance organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transactions related to the general ledger for Fiix and Plex orgs, help with data center and hosting costs, capitalization of different costs, interaction and working relationship with cloud operations
  • Support month end close process for Fiix and Plex to ensure accurate close and reporting of financial results
  • Assist the Senior Finance Manager in the implementation of tools, systems, and processes to add automation and efficiency in scaling operations

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
  • We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a general finance role in a high growth SaaS company environment
  • Experience implementing and strengthening financial processes and controls
  • Interest to grow within our organization
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Workday ERP
