Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at Fraser Landscaping & Fencing 2020 Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Security and Safety: Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure the site is secure and free from hazards.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week.
