Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at 13625206 Canada Inc Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engineering specifications and drawings, participating in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and a team player
Work Environment:
