Senior Pastor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Youth for Christ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our staff and operations, ensuring the effective implementation of our mission and vision.

1. Leadership and Development: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring the successful execution of our programs and services.
2. Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including budgeting, financial management, and human resources.
3. Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with our stakeholders, including churches, community leaders, and supporters.
4. Fundraising and Partner Development: Develop and maintain a network of ministry partners, securing funding and resources to support our programs and services.
5. Participation in Retreats and Conferences: Participate in national and regional conferences, retreats, and other initiatives to stay informed and connected with our network.
6. Personal Development: Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.

$60,000-$80,000 per year.
