About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Big Wings Moose Jaw. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishwashing area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishwashing equipment, including dishwashers, mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Store dishes and other items in a clean and organized manner.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue.
Requirements
