About the Role

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Siebel Software Designer to join our team and support the delivery of Enterprise Order Manager (EOM), Business Customer Order Management (BCOM), and Internet Provisioning Access Gateway (IPAG) platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to design, develop, code, test, and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve software issues and develop necessary specifications.
  • Act as a lead or supervisor for others and assist management in decision-making.
  • Participate as a high-level technical expert in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technical staff.
  • Work under the general direction of a senior system integrator, project manager, or IT manager.
Requirements
  • Experience and working knowledge of EOM, BCOM, and IPAG platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Siebel product, including enhancements and customizations.
  • Familiarity with both development and infrastructure processes.
  • Awareness of risks related to aging code and potential performance impacts.
