Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Try Best Roofing Ltd as a Floor Care Specialist. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of initiative and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse from the premises.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the operations of the company.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a visually appealing and well-maintained outdoor space.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the premises.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
