Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.

  • Cash Handling and Sales
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

As a Head Cashier at Infinity Liquor, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands.
