Job Title: Security Guard, Mobile Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team as a Mobile Operative in Guelph. As a Mobile Operative, you will be responsible for patrolling various settings, including condominiums, commercial properties, and malls, to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrolling in a variety of settings to deter and respond to incidents
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
  • Responding to emergencies and grounding at sites when required
  • Maintaining posted speed limits and driving in a safe manner
  • Responsible for company and client property
  • Maintaining detailed notes and writing report notes
Requirements:
  • A valid security guard license and first aid card
  • 1 year security experience
  • A valid driver's license (full G or G-2)
  • A clear criminal background and driving record
  • Must be 19 or older for insurance reasons
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
