BURNCO LLC is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Procurement and SCM applications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of our supply chain systems
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Provide expert support to end-users, including issue resolution, enhancements, and project requirements
- Assist stakeholders with analysis, design, scheduling, development, and delivery of Oracle Procurement and SCM development components
- Participate in Oracle upgrades, including regression and new feature testing
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle Fusion ERP
- 5+ years of experience with managing and implementing Oracle Procurement and SCM
- 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM module implementations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP (Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Receipt Accounting, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning), FBDI
- Ability to handle month-end issues independently and propose best practices
- Business-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little guidance or reliance on oral/written instructions
- Cloud Certifications in Cloud Applications and experience in the procurement or supply chain management industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related discipline
- Master's degree in information technology or a business-related discipline is an asset
