Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction and tutoring in-centre, online, or through a hybrid model utilizing the Mathnasium MethodTM and its associated terminology
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalized instruction in a group context
  • Evaluate students' progress and engagement during instructional sessions
  • Become adept with digital educational tools and methodologies
  • Help maintain a safe and professional learning atmosphere
  • Engage students with a friendly and enthusiastic approach to learning
Required Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and working with young learners
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and receive training
  • Exceptional proficiency in mathematics, at least through Algebra I
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
All candidates will be required to complete a math literacy assessment to demonstrate their proficiency, provide proof of work authorization, and undergo a background screening.

Mathnasium locations operate independently and are franchised by Mathnasium Center Licensing Canada, Inc. Each franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at their centre.
