We are seeking a dedicated Research Assistant to support our initiatives at Al-Kassem Medicine Professional Corporation. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Language ProficiencyThe primary work language is English, with additional asset languages including Arabic and German.
Work EnvironmentThe role is situated within a health care institution and may involve collaboration with a research institute or laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the collection and monitoring of data related to service usage.
- Consolidate, cross-tabulate, and format data for analysis.
- Compile and present data in the form of tables, charts, and graphs.
- Conduct basic trend analyses based on processed data.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documents and monitoring reports.
- Oversee the work of statistical and research support personnel.
- Review and ensure compliance of programs and policies with relevant regulations.
- Engage in specialized research within your field.
- Document data requirements and establish data access protocols.
- Stay informed on advancements in fields such as medicine, science, and technology.
The position includes supervision of 1 to 2 staff members.
Technical SkillsProficiency in information technology is essential.
Writing and Research ExpertiseExperience in technical writing and causal-comparative research is required, with a focus on survey research.
Security RequirementsA basic security clearance is necessary for this role.
TransportationCandidates must have own transportation.
