Position Overview

The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations and common areas within the establishment. This position is essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Upholstery Care: Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a tidy environment.
  • Bed Preparation: Make beds and change sheets to provide fresh accommodations for guests.
  • Linen Management: Stock the linen closet to ensure an adequate supply of clean linens.
  • Fixture Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for guests.
  • Guest Assistance: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, providing excellent customer service.
  • Facility Information: Provide basic information on facilities to enhance guest knowledge and comfort.
  • Window and Wall Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain the overall appearance of the property.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
