Job Summary

BITTS Testing Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exam Invigilator to join our team. As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of exams and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the exam team, including implementing new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including monitoring and evaluating processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operations Assistance: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including overseeing and coordinating office procedures, and providing support to the exam team as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Supervision: 16-20 people.
  • Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and ability to work in a permanent role.
