- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Located in an urban area, our retail service establishment is a fast-paced environment.
- Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
- Direct and manage daily store operations.
- Plan and organize operational activities to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise staff, assigning duties to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Assess staffing needs and make necessary adjustments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
- Evaluate and improve daily operational processes.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
