Work Environment

The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts in accordance with building regulations, utilizing measuring instruments
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and connect materials such as wood, lightweight steel, and other substitutes
  • Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect wall and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware
  • Coordinate and schedule tasks on construction sites
  • Survey building locations and assess levels
  • Supervise and guide other workers
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and wooden structures in various facilities
