Job Title: General Supervisor

Kambaden Inc. is seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction, maintenance, and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Supervise and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced construction and maintenance environment
  • May be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces
