We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Postal Clerk to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy. As a Postal Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the Canada Post counter, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Manage the Canada Post counter, including processing mail and packages
  • Operate a computerized point-of-sale system
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about postal products and services
  • Process financial transactions and handle customer inquiries
  • Ensure the security of cash and mail
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service in a retail environment is an asset
  • Sales experience is an asset
  • Customer service oriented
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-versed with working on computer
  • Organized and detailed-oriented
