Role

We're seeking a talented React Developer to join our team of creatives who are passionate about building a new category of career discovery. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be working on a well-documented micro-architecture service written in Python (Flask) or Rails API using GraphQL.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality React applications with a focus on clean code and pixel-perfect design
  • Work with our team to design and implement new features and functionality
  • Collaborate with our data team to enrich over 28.6M entity types, including over 6 million companies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React and related technologies
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in React, ideally React Native
  • Work experience or hobby experience with React Hooks
  • Innately curious with a desire to learn and teach, and an excellent command of engineering fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Front-End: NextJS, Typescript, Apollo GQL, React with Hooks (v16.10), Styled Components, ES Lint, Prettier (testing: Jest)
  • Back-End: GraphQL (Ruby), Rails API (testing: rSpec)
  • ML: Python, Flask
  • Documentation: GraphQL Playground, Postman, Github
  • DevOps: AWS, Heroku, Vercel (we love Vercel) and Digital Ocean (we love DO)
  • Design: Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite
