Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at Canada Cordage. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and improving overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studies to determine optimal inventory levels and resource utilization
  • Design and implement manufacturing systems to maximize computer network, robot, and material usage
  • Evaluate and assess industrial facilities to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement programs to optimize inventory levels and improve production efficiency
  • Plan and design plant layouts and facilities to meet business needs
  • Develop flexible and integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
  • Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct reliability and performance studies on plant facilities
  • Establish and implement programs to enhance industrial health and safety and identify and correct hazards
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
Work Environment

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
