About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles in a busy flat rate shop. As a valued member of our service department, you will work closely with our Parts and Service Advisors and effectively communicate with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate parts for reuse, repair, or replacement in accordance with the company and manufacturer's specifications.
  • Work independently but also as a team player to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and train apprentices as they journey through their careers.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract.
  • Red Seal License and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and a keen interest in training and development.
  • Safety conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
