Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Processing Machine Operator to join our team at KAVIN GROUP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical formulation units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control instruments on chemical formulation units to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Measure, weigh, and load chemical ingredients according to formulation cards.
  • Record production information and perform routine chemical and physical tests of products.
  • Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  • Take samples and monitor reaction processes to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical demands include repetitive tasks, physically demanding work, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Working Conditions
  • Noisy work environment.
  • Exposure to odours and dust.
