Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in specialty/apparel retail management, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and schedules.
- Strong fashion knowledge and staying up-to-date with current trends.
