Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting customer opportunities, providing memorable vehicle delivery experiences, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Support the sales process by maintaining a clean and organized showroom and lot.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a high-value retail environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
