We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Brothers Inn Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional results
- Provide guidance and support to ensure staff are equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Identify and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels
- Coordinate the ordering and receipt of supplies to meet the needs of the department
- Guest Services
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work with other departments to resolve any issues that may impact guest satisfaction
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 hours per week
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a high level of physical activity and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
