About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Shark Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Previous experience in a serving role, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
