About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Anmol A1 Holding Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Taxation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and prepare tax returns.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Keep financial records, establish, maintain, and balance various accounts, and post journal entries.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Language and Communication: Work in English and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Work Schedule: Work 32 hours per week in a permanent position.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
