About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mehtoj Group Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our transportation services.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Transportation industry.
  • Supervision: 16-20 people.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in purchasing software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's licence.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
